'Customer Experience' Training
The Sales and Customer Service department personnel received approximately 12 hour training (from 19/03 to 30/04) about ʼʼCustomer Experienceʼʼ which took place at Arkas Hellas Piraeus office. The attenders received training from the Training & Development Centre of Kariera.gr and Mr. Nicolaos Fragkias who has a twelve year of experience in this sector.
Participated in Export Exhibition “Made in Greeceʼʼ
Arkas Hellas S.A. took part in the Exhibition "Made in Greeceʼʼ which held at the Metropolitan Expo from 29 Nov to 01 Dec. Through the companyʼs stand, Arkas Hellas presented its services, transportation solutions and activities in Greece.
East Mediterranean Agencies forums
East Mediterranean Agencies holds two forums per year. The second of these held in November 11th at Metropolitan Hotel in Athens. The Agencies from Istanbul – Gemlik – Izmir – Mersin – Beirut – Latakia – Egypt offices and Arkas Line Trade Department took part to the meeting.
